Emergency Management Team
In the unfortunate event of an unforeseen incident, we provide 24-hour emergency support services. Each member of the management and maintenance team will be contacted via mobile phones or two-way radios as a first response measure. This ensures immediate and effective emergency response. If additional support is required, the head office will allocate and mobilize suitable and appropriate personnel to provide assistance.

Yee Lim Property Management Limited has consistently been dedicated to maintaining close communication with the residents. This includes regular updates on building operations, actively seeking opinions and needs during meetings, organizing collective activities, and more. The company also welcomes residents to visit and learn about its operations and developments, fostering a transparent and interactive relationship.
Security Services
We understand that building security is of paramount importance to every resident. All the daytime and nighttime security personnel stationed at our buildings have years of experience in the security industry and have undergone professional training provided by our company. We have full confidence in each security officer and are committed to providing vigilant security services.
During their shifts, every daytime and nighttime security officer is required to wear our company’s neat security uniform, ensuring a professional appearance. We also ensure that each stationed security officer holds a valid security work permit in accordance with the Security and Guarding Services Ordinance (Chapter 460).
Patrol and Surveillance
Our daytime and nighttime security officers conduct irregular floor patrols throughout the building at various times each day. Before commencing their rounds, the on-duty security personnel will post “Patrol” signs. If your building requires an increase in the frequency of floor patrols, we are prepared to make appropriate adjustments based on the needs of the residents.
24-hour Monitoring and Emergency Support
We offer 24-hour control and emergency support services. On-duty security personnel are required to immediately report to the Security Manager, regardless of whether the Security Manager is on duty. They must promptly post notices (if necessary), inform the company’s management office, and notify the General Manager.
